General Policy

Due to the nature of our services—customized and effort-based—all requests for cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by our team. Cancellation requests will only be processed if they are submitted through official communication channels: email or signed service agreements.

Cancellation of Project-Based Services

Website Development / App Development / Branding Projects

  • Before Project Kick-Off: If cancellation is requested before the project has commenced (within 7 days of payment), 50% of the advance paid may be refunded after deducting consultation and planning charges.
  • If a cancellation request is received after the billing date, the cancellation will be effective for the following month. The current month’s fees remain non-refundable.
  • All ongoing campaign data and access will be shared only after final dues are cleared.

Third-Party Service Cancellations

If we procure third-party services (domains, hosting, plugins, tools, ad platforms) on your behalf, their cancellation is subject to the third-party provider’s terms. We do not control or guarantee refunds from such providers.

Force Majeure Cancellations

  • In events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, political disturbances, etc.), we will work with clients on a case-by-case basis to assess the feasibility of cancellation and the scope of refund or credit adjustments.

Service Termination by D-Axis Digiweb Solutions LLP

  • We reserve the right to terminate services in the event of
  • Non-cooperation or communication delays from the client
  • Non-payment or repeated payment delays
  • Breach of terms or unethical conduct
  • In such cases, any balance amount will be invoiced, and no refunds will be issued.

  • This Cancellation Policy may be updated at any time. Clients are encouraged to check the website periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest policy terms.
