At D-Axis Digiweb Solutions LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services tailored to our clients’ unique requirements. As we deal in service-based offerings and not physical products, our refund policy is structured accordingly.

General Policy

All payments made to D-Axis Digiweb Solutions LLP for digital marketing, website development, graphic designing, consultation, and related services are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.

We encourage clients to thoroughly review our proposals, discuss expectations, and clarify doubts before making any payments.

Refunds on Project-Based Services

Website Development, SEO, Ads Management, and Branding Projects

  • Advance/Booking Fees: Non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Mid-Project Termination (by client): Refunds will not be issued for work already completed or resources already allocated.
  • Delayed Client Input: No refunds will be issued if the project is delayed due to the client's lack of communication or failure to provide necessary assets/content.
  • Non-Initiation of Work: If a project has not been initiated within 15 business days of payment due to internal capacity issues on our side, and no communication or kick-off has occurred, a partial refund may be considered.

Monthly Retainer Services (e.g., SEO, SMM, Ads)

  • Monthly services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the month begins.
  • Clients are free to discontinue services by providing a written notice at least 7 days before the renewal date.
  • No partial refunds will be made for services paused or cancelled mid-month.

Custom Packages and Promotional Discounts

  • Services availed under customized pricing or discounted promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Quality Assurance & Dispute Resolution

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of service delivered:
  • You may raise a formal concern within 5 business days of delivery.
  • We will offer reasonable revisions to resolve the issue within the project scope.
  • Refunds will not be entertained for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after work is delivered as per agreed scope.

Chargebacks

  • We strongly discourage chargebacks and consider them a breach of business trust. If you have a dispute, we request you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We reserve the right to take legal action in case of fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals.

Policy Changes

  • D-Axis Digiweb Solutions LLP reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
